What is GTD Sports?

If you’re a fan of hot takes, gambling, and just about anything and everything that has to do with sports, you’ve come to the right place.

GTD Sports, originating out of Fort Worth, TX, was created by a small group of Sports Journalism majors looking for a way to get their name and content out to the world. Sure, we may be the “new guys” in a rapidly growing sports media industry, but we aren’t here to compete with the rest of those mainstream outlets — we do our own thing. Our mission is to provide fans with the exact opposite of the boring, routine, mundane type of content you see on a day-to-day basis.

GTD Sports is currently an independently run entity, owned and operated by Ryan Bunnell.

This may be your first time ever hearing about our brand, though it won’t be the last time you see us.

What kind of content does GTD Sports put out?

Plain and simple, we cover anything and everything that has to do with any and every sport. Whether it be the NFL, WNBA, all the way to electric moments in European Darts, we’ve got you covered. You can expect a wide variety of topics on our site ranging from stereotypical MVP discussions all the way to athletes being exposed for having a shit fetish… Yes, Odell, we never forgot.

We consider ourselves the type of people that can share friendly sports banter or debate any topic (LeBron > MJ) in whatever sports bar we walk into. The “Internet’s Sports Bar” is a bit of a cliché term, so consider us an anything goes sports commentary team. Unlike other media outlets, we don’t shy away from frowned-upon topics such as sports gambling. In fact, we embrace it.

GTD Sports provides daily blogs and two series of a weekly podcast hosted by Ryan Bunnell and Elijah Spann.

Our writers have free-range to provide you with opinionated commentary on what’s happening in sports. If you don’t agree with them, well, too bad.
